SHIPPING AND RETURNS

PACKAGE SENDING

Generally, packets are shipped upon receipt of payment, via ASM / GLS with tracking number and signature, delivery in 48 to 72 hours for the Iberian Peninsula.

Acquired products are delivered to the address indicated in the order.

On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays there will be no delivery vouchers.

Shipping costs include handling and packing costs and postage. The handling costs have a fixed price, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the packaging. For orders of the peninsula from 45 €, delivery is free.

We advise you to group all your articles in one order. Delivery charges apply for each order. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur after shipping, and we do our best to protect all fragile items.
However, the delay does not mean or cancel the order or any compensation.

If there was a computer error when ordering, or because no stock even if the site indicates otherwise, or because there is an error in the price of the product and the customer has already Made the payment, we will contact you immediately to refund the difference (from the moment the order was paid).

The deadline for payment is 7 days from the date of receipt of the package.

The cost of postage for return is the responsibility of the customer.

Before returning, you must notify Andaloes at (+34) 605 667 885 or by email info@andaloes.es, indicating the reasons for the return.

Once verified that the returned product is in perfect condition, we will send you an informative e-mail and the refund, by the same method of payment with which you paid your purchase, will be made.

Andaloes, reserves the right to refuse returns sent or sent after the deadline, or products that are not in the same condition, that they have been received

SPAIN Transport rate and the peninsula

FOR PENINSULA* 

- Shipping costs will be free from 45 euros of purchases.

FOR EUROPE

- Shipping costs will be free on purchases over 140 euros.

- Shipping costs up to 95 euros, will be 12 euros.

- The cost of shipments between 95 and 140 euros, will be 15 euros.
